As Regional Sales Director, Central, you will be responsible for building and scaling revenue across a defined U.S. territory by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within leading healthcare systems. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role at the forefront of bringing the Clinic of the Future to life. You will introduce a category-defining technology to surgeons and hospital stakeholders, leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through adoption. You’ll operate as both a strategic hunter and trusted partner—building relationships, navigating complex healthcare environments, and helping institutions transform how they communicate with patients and plan care.

Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage healthcare providers across health systems, academic institutions, and private practices
- Build relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate clinical and patient value
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Account Development
- Expand existing customer relationships by identifying new stakeholders and use cases
- Drive adoption and utilization within accounts to support long-term growth
- Partner with customers to demonstrate ongoing value and unlock expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful customer outcomes
Performance & Execution
- Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Represent Avatar Medical at industry events and customer engagements
- Travel within the territory to support business development efforts
What Excites Us
- 5+ years of experience in medical device, MedTech, or healthcare SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience navigating complex, enterprise-level healthcare sales cycles
- Ability to build trust and credibility with surgeons and clinical leaders
- Experience selling a platform, modality, or clinical technology into hospital environments preferred
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling way
- High ownership mindset with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and clinical teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits
● Compensation: Base salary $125,000–$150,000, dependent on experience, candidate location, and market benchmarks, plus uncapped commission
● A 9-month Management by Objective (MBO) bonus plan to support the initial ramp-up period
